Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase or order confirmation. We do not currently offer exchanges. Contact support@sikunuo.com before returning an item for instructions. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected; we state that returns are processed within 10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may need additional time. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
